The company has been in the business of importation of motor/motorcycles spear parts and house hold goods over the years. The management in need of diversification , The management team decided to explore other areas where her activities could equally be useful locally  and internationally. The think tank of the management  team decided to explore new ground into oil and gas industry under the local content ; hence taking up A.T.S Authority to sale from NNPC. The company did a deep rooted business. The A.T.S was issued to enable the company smooth facilitation of trancsaction between the would be  buyer and NNPC under local content arrangement
